Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

We will review the case and work toward an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an
error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Non-Delivered Orders
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to offer an appropriate resolution.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
